XenForo New Paypal payment profile - How to enable/disable "require shipping address"?

I noticed that the Paypal (Legacy) payment profile has a checkbox on the bottom to enable/disable shipping address requirements.

However, it seems that the new Paypal payment profile does not offer this option.

Is there a way to disable Paypal requiring a shipping address?
