In the notices criteria, there is a way to target users who have associated their account with a particular provider.
I would like to do the opposite - I want to display a notice to people who have NOT linked their account in order to remind them to do so. There does not seem to be a way to invert this condition. Is this functionality built in or shall I make a suggestion for it?
