XenForo Option to have new posts in thread display immediately?

I've got a client moving from Telegram to Xenforo, and he's requested that new posts in a thread be displayed immediately similar to how they are in Telegram, rather than having to refresh the page to see them.

Is there a plugin that would allow this, or can this be enabled somewhere?
