XenForo Pictures with links on Custom page

Hi there,

I made a custom page with this tutorial: Page as portal homepage

For now it is blanc.
I want to place country flags there, and link them to sections we have made in different languages.

What is the best way to do this?
Is there a nice add-on for this?

Hope someone has a nice idea
