Bug "Please enter a valid value" (for XFES and may apply to XF where whole numbers aren't required)

I can't think of any other input to test this on in the desktop 130.0.6723.70/PWA/mobile Chrome 130.0.6723.86 outside of XFES (where an input doesn't have to be a whole number).

The only way around this is saving it as 2, otherwise you can't select any forums to opt-out of.
