XenForo Position of extra copyright message

I need to add an extra copyright message, but I want it to appear just above the XenForo copyright notice. How does one do this and is it actually allowed by the license?

I know about the extra_copyright setting in the ACP, but that of course adds it after the copyright notice, or below it with HTML.
