XenForo Push notifications issue (spam)

Hi,

All of sudden users receive spammy-like "Your computer is infected" push notifications from my website.
I'm on Xenforo v2.3.4

Any ideas where to start to investigate?
Is there a push notification log? (I cannot find it)
