XenForo [PWA] Error while trying to use the following icon from the Manifest

[Black Horse Off Road]

Hi, I did setup PWA, at start I added incorrect image sizes, then fixed but still same error shows linking to the old image "PWA.png"

Noticed the following error while using inspect element:

is there anything specific I should do? there are no errors at all via admin cp.
