I'm getting reports that people using two-factor authentication via email are receiving double two 2 emails each time.
The two emails are completely identical except for the authentication codes which are different.
Each time if the member tries to use the code in the first email, they get the "oops" error that it was the wrong code, but every time they use the code in the 2nd email it works.
If it was just one member, I would assume they were just clicking the send-authentication...
