Ques/Help Reset UIDs

It’s very minor but I created a test account, which was the second account on my forum, and this was assigned UID2. This was only a test account so I deleted it. Now when I create another account it is assigned UID3 instead of UID2. Is it possible to reset the UIDs so that the next account created will be assigned UID2?
