Ques/Help Running a sql query

Hi, sorry I have not ran a query before and want to make sure I don't mess anything up. I'm trying to run a query to switch everyone over to a new style, so that the old ones are still active but they at least have to try out the new one and switch back if they choose.

Which database should I run the query on?
