Ques/Help Same URL has a redirect 301 which is not required nor set by me?

Today I noticed this redirect

Where can I remove the redirect or why is it there? it is a regular thread and as far as I know I didn't do anything to redirect it.

Is there any help to how I can remove it or where it comes from ?
