Solved Select for moderation counter does not work when Paypal donation button on page

I don't know if you would count this as a xenForo bug or Paypal issue, however many people rely on donation buttons.

I have now tested this on two xenforo forums, all addons disabled and default style. I may be the cause of the original bug report here:

Server issue - Merge Posts Option Missing ​

I was merging some posts. The first few times I did it, I had no issues. Then I went to merge two more posts and the Merge option was missing from the menu. I had to deselect the 2 posts, re-select them, and then the Merge option was there. 2.1 RC2, default theme.
