XenForo Selecting a display setting for a single sub-forum

Hello, sorry in advance for the broken English.
There is something important to me for my forum, and I hope you can guide me how I can do it.
I have long lists of sub-forums in the forums, and I want to highlight only one sub-forum on the forum homepage. For example in the attached picture I had to allow the 2 sub-forums to show outside. Do I have the ability to only allow a single sub-forum [or of my choice] to show outside?
