Ques/Help Send mail wasn't working for 2 days... is there a place to find unprocessed new user registrations?

I upgraded to 2.3.1 and it broke my send mail, so I have about 50 users that tried to register but never received their confirmation emails. Is there a place to access these and resend them? Thanks.
