Ques/Help Setting the email template colors to the darker varient?

Is there a way to do this without hard coding the values? There are some items you can manually change in the email template, but not other values.... like default blue bar on a PM notification that's quoting the PM content. But for the other values, is there a way to select the values from the dark varient?
