Solved SSL SMTP encryption is forced, there is no choice.

SSL is forced:
1717626922514.webp
The encryption doesn't allow you to choose TLS:
1717626947186.webp
Whereas XF 2.2.15 has the choice:
1717626982241.webp
This causes services like PostMarkApp can't be used because TLS is the only available encryption:
