Ques/Help Tabs with own nodes

Hi there,

In our forum, i want to make Tabs.
Forums is staying.
But when you click on a tab, you get also to see forums. But this nodes specifically belong to that page.

So i want to make pages with nodes, but the nodes on that page just belong to that page.
Is there a plugin for this, or can it be made?
