XenForo Trophies not updated for some users

Hi,

I have added trophies for @Bob 's AMS addon,
For example:

AMS: User has added at least 20 articles.

I run the cron, and it's awarded to users, but some users are left out. There's a user for example who has 26 articles and it's not awarded at all.

I cannot find reason for this.

Any ideas where to look?
Could this be a bug?
