I'm at a loss again, I can't figure out how to get trophy points to change their user's ladder status ie New Member to Member, etc.
If I change the option to messages it seems to work ie I created a test member and when it went over 5 messages it changed to Member but trophy points don't seem to have any effect, am I missing a box to check? Nothing was checked on the "award trophy if" page but it doesn't seem to change anything when I do.
I'm new to forums and Xenforo seems to be the best...
