Bug Unable to cleanly extend RSS feeds

I'm attempting to add the primary image for threads into the RSS feed, however, \XF\Pub\View\FeedHelper is called directly and cannot be extended, and the renderRss methods return the string directly so I cannot modify the objects on return in the views
