Ques/Help URLs posted on my forum are redirecting to unknown url (possible malware?)

Users on my forum noticed that the links they post are redirecting to an unknown url, js.mamydirect.com/redir/...

Looks like some kind of malware, but I have no idea about where to start investigating. Any clues on what could be happening?
