Bug Users Cannot Register on one of your Client's sites

Greetings. I am trying to register with one of your client sites: KIA Sportage Forum

I click the flashing "Register" button. I fill in the 4 requested fields: Username, Email, Password, and check TOS. Just like I did for this xenForo forum to post this message.

I click "Submit". Just like I did for this xenForo forum to post this message.

Nothing happens. Unlike this site in which I was told to check my email, which I did and confirmed my address and now here I am...
