Ques/Help Video upload location

Before I let my users run riot and upload a billion gb of content, I just want to confirm that:

• Videos are stored in the data folder, not the internal_data folder (In a videos subfolder)
• They aren't streamed through the attachments PHP handler and are directly linked when displaying on the forum (which means they can go on a cdn)
