XenForo Weird warning point issue

I have a user with 1 (count'em, 1) active warning point. The problem is that all the warnings showing on their record have expired. So where is the 1 coming from? It's not a huge deal. You need 100 on my board to even get to a 3 day ban so it's not going to push him over the edge or anything. But it's the kind of glitchy thing that bugs me both as a user and admin. I tried Rebuild Thread Warnings in Rebuild Caches to no avail. Thoughts?
