I want to create a city site and I need to have a homepage consisting of information about life, for example: city news, houses for rent, jobs, restaurants & takeaways.
By searching: https://gbatemp.net the homepage is the style I like, it seems to use XenPorta 2 (Portal), but I'm not sure. Is it custom made? Please help me.
