Ques/Help Where can I find the option to receive emails when content is reported?

This is somewhat unfortunate as moderators might not be watching the report forum (with email notification)

Suggested Fix
Hide the option if a report forum is used
or
Always send emails if the option is enabled (Preferred)

Where can I set this option (receive emails)? I can't find it.
