XenForo Why do on some occasions in an entire thread, the username and usergroup disappears (only initial)

we seem to have this problem from time to time and I have no idea why or how to remedy. I. try to refresh screen but no change


here is a screen grab showing only the initial of the member and the usergroup is no longer there. Any suggestions would be helpful
