Ques/Help Widget display condition to show widget only in 2 forums

I have a widget that I only want to be visible in two specific forums. One is node ID 128, and the other is node ID 30.

The widgets should be visible to all members and visitors, regardless of user group.

Can anyone help me with the code I need to make this happen?
