Ques/Help Widget Key on Last Post

Newbie on Xenforo Widgets. So wanna make the last post appear over the main forum like The Admin Zone forum does. So I go to Widgets, add new widget "new post", then check "standard" but then it ask for a widget key, what is the widget key? Greatly appreciate any help on this.
