Bug XF options do not round-trip integer/boolean values as expected

PHP:

var_dump(\XF::Options()->changeLogLength);

$option = Helper::find(\XF\Entity\Option::class, 'changeLogLength');
$option->option_value = 0;
var_dump($option->option_value);
