Bug XF2.3: Email logo doesn't seem to work. In addition, the missed activity summary uses the default site logo

In addition, Gmail (or, specifically at least Google Business Domains/Apps Mail) will cache the .webp image and in emails it can break the image. They seem to have a problem with .webp and images with transparent backgrounds.
