XenForo Youtube covert/fetch to URL with title not embedding

I already found an option that you can stop embedding a Youtube movie (BBCode media sites). If i choose that you see an youtube url in the post like:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOYe71RWMvk

What i would like is this see the title and see where it is from

If i type a message like this and push on Post question
How works the internet: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOYe71RWMvk

I would come this when it is submit:
