Added Reset FRP and Factory Reset for Tecno, Infinix and iTel phones based on MediaTek CPU in Preloader mode.

To perform the operation select corresponding Vendor and "_MTK Preloader" model.

Improved work with phones based on old Qualcomm CPU via EDL mode (Qualcomm 9008 mode).

Improved work with devices based on Spreadtrum CPU.
