Solved Account menu link "Your content" gives confusing error message if search engine is disabled

This link is being shown even if the search engine is disabled - in which case if gives a standard "No Permission" eror which seems confusing.

The link should either not be shown at all if search is disabled or it should give a better message like "This feature has been administratively disabled".
