XenForo Cannot change settings in Admin section.

Hi Folks.
This one has me puzzled. As far as I remember everything was working fine within the admin section of my site. I then decided to look at maybe allowing Gravatars, so I went to the relevant section but found that although the text was there for the various 'buttons', none of them were active?

So for example I can see:

Enable Gravatar support

If enabled, your users may source their avatars from Gravatar. When a new user registers...
