Ques/Help cookie pop up issue

Over the last week or so i get the accept/decline cookie pop up on every page i go to here. Even after i've selected 'accept' or 'decline', once i go to another page, i get it again. Is there any way to stop this?

I spent some time finding the cause but haven't been successful so far. For now I have disabled the cookie consent notice.
