Ques/Help Copying data base

I'm trying to copy my database from the live site to a test site using xf Import Data. I'm having trouble finding the last 2 requests for (Internal Data Directory) internal_Data_Path and (Data Directory) external_Data_Path
Does anyone know where I can find these?
