XenForo Custom user title

After upgrading to 2.3 I noticed "0" and "1" under some usernames in thread posts (where other have New Member or Active Member). And when I go to "Edit" those profiles I see those 0 or 1 in Custom user title field. What's the scoop? How to fix that?
