I am looking to add a simple monthly welcome to new users on our forum
I started by just listing users via "@Username" feature but that looked a bit bland.
I wonder if there is a simple way to display the hovered panel associated with "@Username"
We encourage new users to add an Avatar & Profile banner as part of registration so I believe this would create a more visual introduction than "@Username"
