I am currently experiencing a problem installing Xenforo 2.1.6 Patch 1 onto Apache (XAMPP). I have set the appropriate permissions on the directories data and internal_data and the problem still persists. My XAMPP (Apache) version is 8.0.19 / PHP 8.0.19.
