Ques/Help Filtering Activity Summary Email by User Group

I would like to send out the Activity Summary email to lure back old members who haven't logged in for a while.

However, i have a specific user group who are not to receive any emails under any circumstances.

I can't see how to filter the Activity Summary by user group. Is it possible?
