XenForo Hide node/forum description tooltip

I would like to hide the tooltip that displays the node/forum description. This description tooltip appears when you hover over the forum title on the main forum list page, and when hovering on the sub forum title on forum pages that have subs. Could someone point me to which templates hold these particular tooltip lines?
