Ques/Help How can I solve this problem?

I see a redirect page warning on one of my forum site and I am having trouble reading and scanning the sitemap of this site. To test it, I look at my other forum site that has no problem in the sitemap file, there is no redirection.

What is the redirected page? And how can I get out of this situation?
