XenForo How to make top navigation row only appears when scrolling up?

I know there's an option in Style Properties > Header and navigation > Navigation > Sticky navigation element.

But it doesn't do what I want.

I would like the navigation row to disappear when scrolling down and reappear when scrolling up.
