So this one has me stumped.
One of our admins is able to log into their forum account with no issues, but using the same password (copy and pasted directly each time with no auto-fillers used at all) they are unable to get into the ACP since it says the password is incorrect. They have tried resetting their password on the site and the issue persists. They have also tried on two Windows 11 computers and an Android phone, also no go. Cookies/cache cleared. So they can log into their forum...
