XenForo Login limit method (User fails to log in 4 times in a 15 minute)

Xenforo now has option.
Login limit method - CAPTCHA or Lock out

If a user fails to log in 4 or more times in a 15 minute period, this method will be used to prevent brute force attacks.

Is it possible to change this value? For example to lock user after 2 failed login attempts in 15 mins?
