Ques/Help Moderators on Forum home

Hi there,

I am looking for a plugin that let us show on the forum home page wich moderator is on what section.
And you can click on his name to go to his profile etc.

I found one for Xenforo 1, but i can't find it for Xenforo 2.2.

Does anybody know if there is such a plugin for Xenforo 2.2?
