Ques/Help Need help with Server Errors I do not understand

I have tons of these server errors every single day. I do not know what is causing them or how to prevent them from happening. They all seem to be trying to proxy out links to very shady websites, but I don't know where or if they are actually being posted. What are these errors and how can I stop these from happening?
