Bug Parent navigation entry dropdown is too large

When clicking the "Parent navigation entry" dropdown in the navigation editor, the dropdown becomes oversized and takes up excessive screen space, making it difficult to use.

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to Setup > Public navigation
  2. Edit any navigation item
  3. Click the "Parent navigation entry" dropdown
Expected: Normal-sized dropdown.
Actual: Oversized dropdown that's hard to navigate.
